En 1992, LINDA PERRY escribió e interpretó "What's Up" junto a 3 amigos. Ellos eran 4 NON BLONDES. A pesar del titulo de la canción, la letra no menciona en ningún momento esta frase.

En el nivel básico utilizamos GET UP de la siguiente forma:

En el caso B, STEP es utilizado como verbo. También podríamos utilizar:

Con FROM THE TOP OF la compositora indica algo en su máximo nivel. Un ejemplo del uso básico de ésta expresión es:

2.- Apreciamos algunos ADJETIVOS :

3.- En la parte final observamos un uso categórico de DO. Su situación es siempre en la segunda parte de la frase o cuando se quiere reafirmar algo que se ha dicho antes.
