10 RESPUESTAS INGENIOSAS

Vocabulario:
- Place = Poner, colocar (Verbo); Lugar, sitio (Sustantivo)
- Slide = Diapositiva
- Look into = Mirar dentro de
- Suggest = Sugerir, proponer
- Reason = Motivo
- Blind = Ciego/a

2.- Diabetes

La pregunta: "Bob tiene 36 chocolatinas. Él se come 29. ¿Qué tiene él ahora?"

La respuesta: "Diabetes, Bob tiene diabetes."

Vocabulario:

- Candy (USA) / Sweet (UK) = Caramelo, dulce

- Candy bar = Chocolatina

He): Bob has, He eats, What does he have?

3.- Colombia

Vocabulario:

- Solve = Resolver

- Try = Tratar, intentar

- Country = País

- Figure (something) out = Resolver, entender, calcular.

Gramática:

Encontramos dos verbos modales: "Might" y "Can". El verbo modal "Might" proviene de "May" y ambos significan "podría", "podrías", "podrían", "podríamos". Son muy parecidos a "Can" y "Could", pero son más formales.

4.- Curly 8

Vocabulario:

- Find = Encontrar

- Between = Entre

- All = Todo, totalmente

- Curly = Rizado, ondulado (pelo o cabello); ondeado, enroscado.

6.- Ghosts

La pregunta: "Había 4 fantasmas. Luego 1 fantasma se fue volando. ¿Cuántos fantasmas quedan?"

La respuesta: "0. Porque los fantasmas no son reales."

Vocabulario:

- Haunted House = Casa encantada

- Substracting = Resta

- Ghost = Fantasma

- Flow away = Alejar(se) volando, Volar lejos.

- To be left = Quedar, restar.

Gramática:

Al principio aparece "There were" = "Había" la forma pasada de "There are" = "Hay", ambas usadas para el plural. Las formas singulares son: "There is" (presente) y "There was" (pasado).

7.- Giraffes

Vocabulario:

- Below = Debajo, abajo

- Illustrate = Ilustrar

- Theory = Teoría

- Change = Cambio (Sustantivo), cambiar (verbo)

Vocabulario:

- Draw = Dibujar

- Plant = Planta

- Cell = Célula, celda

- Identify = Identificar

- Window = Ventana

- Iron = Acero, hierro
